Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal information processed on bet-mt.com is:

Velvetdune Online Media DMCC
Fortune Executive Tower, Cluster T, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Email: [email protected]

This notice explains what information the site processes when you visit it or write to the desk, why, for how long and what your choices are. It does not cover websites you reach through links on Bet-MT; they have their own policies.

What information is processed

Server logs. Like any web server, the server that delivers the site records technical data about each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser and device type. Bet-MT is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes the same connection data to deliver the site and protect it from abusive traffic.
Two visit-counting cookies. The server sets mz_src, which records where a visit came from (the referring site or a campaign tag) and lasts 30 days, and mz_vid, a random visitor number that links repeat visits and lasts 365 days. Both are first-party, Secure and HttpOnly, and neither is used for advertising.
A note in local storage. When you close the cookie message, your browser stores one entry so the message is not shown again. It stays on your device and is not sent to the server.
Email. If you write to the desk, we receive your email address, your name if you give it and what you write.

The site has no user accounts, no comment forms, no newsletter and no payments. It does not set advertising cookies and does not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

Why it is processed

Server logs and Cloudflare data are used to deliver pages, keep the site secure and find faults. The two cookies are used to count visits and to see which sources send readers to the site, in aggregate. Emails are used to answer you and, where you report an error, to correct the page. The information is not used to build a profile of you and not used for decisions that affect you.

Information is shared only with the service providers that run the site for us, such as the hosting provider and Cloudflare, and only so that they can provide that service. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with advertisers, operators or data brokers. We may disclose information if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid order of a court or an authority.

How long it is kept

The cookies expire after 30 days (mz_src) and 365 days (mz_vid), or earlier if you delete them. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and fault-finding and are then deleted. Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your message and any correction that follows from it.

Your choices and rights

You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser at any time; the site works the same without them. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising (we do neither). To make a request, write to [email protected]. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. We may need to ask for details to confirm that a request comes from the person the information is about.

Minors

The site is meant for adults; its gambling content is written for readers aged 21 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Where the information is processed

The publisher is based in the United Arab Emirates, and its service providers may process information in other countries, including the United States. Where information leaves the country you are in, it is protected by the measures described in this notice and by the service providers' own obligations.

Changes to this notice

If the way the site handles information changes, this notice is updated and the review date at the top changes.
